Very disappointed with the online ordering system. Called to see if my order was out for delivery after an hour of waiting. Stated they never received my order even though I submitted order via credit card. Asked me if I verified payment was made. Who verifies payment when you assume they received it after submitting an order after clicking “submit”. Young lady answering the phone was not helpful nor did she seem like she cared. Way to go on retention of customers.
Had a wonderful dinner with my wife there last night. Great food and an excellent and friendly staff. Thanks very much for the great meal. We have found a new place!!!!!

We always enjoy our rare nights out at Papa Luigi’s! Food always rocks! We love Mamas Bread as an appetizer with our salads!! Last night Karma(spelling) made our night even more enjoyable. What an amazing server, you should be proud to have her on your team! We will be back again soon!
