I have been a loyal customer of Papa J's since they were on Lowell years ago. It WAS the best Italian food around. The last 2 times I have ordered it has been less than satisfying to say the least. I get it to go so we can sit down and watch a movie while we eat. Tonight we placed are order and the lady that took it did not listen as we found out when we got home. The food was beyond gross and nasty. They couldn't even make a drink. Had to send that back. 40 bucks for nasty food! I was better off at 7 eleven for there dollar slice pizza!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My husband and I have been going here for more then 10 years. The last two times we went it was so bad. Went on May 14th, 2016 for our anniversary we were the only ones there, the services was bed and the food was HORRIBLE! We left with out finishing our dinner. We will never go back there ever!! I don't know how they are still in business!
Their calzones are so yummy klancy got the works it was huge he had half to rake home and enjoy n let me mention how great their lunch buffet is yea its small but the food is amazing.... and i gt full of all i cant eat pasta mmmm mmm mmmm
we have been going there for over 10 years, the main reason i liked it was they had a very good sauce.(much better than any other ital. rest i had been to) the last 2 times we have been there it has been horrible. the sauce is watered down and tastes like it is out of a jar. i ordered rigatoni, with sausage and meatball, i got spag w/a meatball. my wife ordered eggplant parm. it was so greasy it made her gag. we had to ask for our salads, we asked for our bread and never got it. we each walked away from over 1/2 of our meal.... read more
