Probably the worse food I’ve ever had. I ordered cheese sticks and their Oreo bites. Dry, very little cheese and over baked and cold. I’m 100% sure they gave me something that had been sitting around for at least an hour. What an absolute waste of money.
Order was wrong called papa John’s did not offer to remake or any kind of adjustment other than have driver bring out my sauce about 20 minutes or more later and still didn’t get that right the plus food was very hot which was a big plus even though part of order wrong
I come to this Papa John’s pretty often, and the last couple visits have been super chill. In and out, no hassle. One time I ordered extra sauces and they actually gave me an extra one when there was a mix-up, which I appreciated. Stuff like that goes a long way. Overall, it’s been a solid five-star experience for me. Not sure why the rating is so low, because the pizza’s good and the service has treated me right.
