Ordered 2 boxes of pizza and spent $46 plus a $6 tip just to get CARDBOARD THIN PIZZA. It was SO thin it looked like no sauce was on it, you couldn’t taste anything but BREAD. What a waste of my money. Then when you call, it’s a call center. You’re not really speaking to someone from the pizza place. Never ordering Papa John’s again, overpriced and NOT worth it.
I literally just ordered a pizza and came in to pick it up, and the guy at the counter asked me if I wanted to leave a tip, this is crazy that regular our employees are over here asking customers for tips when they're ringing them out. There was people behind me and this was awkward and uncomfortable I will not be ordering here again
The young guy with long hair in ponytail and the female only ones ever smile at me with delivery. Have them teach the rest!
I love this store so much. This store makes the food so fast and so well made, I love it. The young lady and the guy with long dark hair always has such a great attitude with personality when coming to the house. Give then raise!! I’m sure the management is great too given how efficiently they run, awesome store!!!
