Needs more staff, poor guy was working alone but making some damn good pizza. Shame on the owner.
This is the 2nd time in 1 week I have ordered from this location and both times my order was wrong and the delivery drive placed my order on the ground. There is literally a table and chair on my front porch and they placed it on the ground. Not to mention they don't ever seem to make it the way I order. Terrible service. If you want Papa John's, it would be in your best interest to stay far away from the 1 on South Reilly rd. They should be ashamed.
The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the young lady who offered to remake cheese sticks was nice. But overall experience was disappointing. I called and waited on hold for 5 minutes after receiving cheese sticks that were lacking in cheese I decided to drive to the papa John’s. Drive over there and was still on hold walked in and everyone looks at you like why are you here.
