Understaffed, not really their fault completely, took a while tho. Always the same food tho, good pizza.
Doesn’t answer phones
Ordered 2 pizzas today online, paid for them and selected a time for pickup. Went to the store when they said they were ready, and they had given our pizzas to a DoorDash driver. This is the SECOND time this has happened in less than a year. I ordered a medium the works cut in squares with banana peppers. The pizza wasn’t cut in squares and it was in slices and barely cut and having to rip the pizza apart and destroying it to get a slice and the banana peppers were missing. Tried calling the store pressing 5 or having customer service to transfer and the phone hangs up every time (7xs)
