"Skipped" my order they said. Going to be close to 2 hours late and they offered me a 2 liter of soda to make up for it. Really? Only gone down hill 😔 we've had better frozen pizza compared to the stuff they sent recently. We had to use DD because for some reason they now don't offer delivery to our home 12min away. And on DD we got a bogo.... Price for one large pizza? $64!!!!!! With a 12 tip. No papa pizza is worth 52 for 1 pizza. I ordered a regular cheese pizza, no extras and received a stuffed crust cheese pizza. I didn’t find out until after I arrived home and called the store to let them know and requested my pizza to be remade. They were pleased to do so and apologized for the mix-up. When I arrived to pick up the replacement pizza, they ensured to triple check that it is the correct pizza. They were receiving an ingredient order at the same time but made sure I felt like a valued customer and gave me all their attention. Thank you!!
They had to remake my order because of a communication error from the app. They all were really nice and respectful about it and really really fast on remaking my food.
I stepped in here and within 5 minutes the employees started making a spit, hacking sound and spat on my pizza absolutely disgusting
Worst pizza ever here.. I don’t think they train their people
