Our favorite pizza, but like all the other reviews, delivery is absolutely abysmal. We pay $65+ for 2 large pizzas and it’s been 45+ minutes late several times in a row now. When we try to get an update all we are told is “will be there shortly”. Will definitely be finding a new favorite pizza.
I just called to place an order for pizza with friends over and place the order and was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes and gave them my credit card over the phone which was a call center and I could barely understand the person that was taking my order. He then had me look at my credit card to confirm the charge and I said yes and now we’re an hour and 30 minutes later I call Eagles Papa John’s and talk to their manager, Abigail Cokeland, which was very rude and very short and provided absolutely zero help to me. Doesn't wear gloves when preparing food
Last two times pizza is terrible, all new people there just not the same, not sure what happened.
