Horribly rude employees. Terrible customer service and very slow delivery.
Rude staff
first Papa John's order after many years. The Pizza: we loved it! But: the delivery was really really slow. The driver didn't take the direct route (6 minutes!) but took a more than 30 min detour. I ask him if he had other deliveries on the way. He said no (which is consistent with the real time tracking) and claimed the GPS suggested this route. Papa John: you certainly need to improve here!
Excellent management and quality. I purchase pizza and wings here usually one a week. I am constantly pleased by the quality of food and promptness of service. Very impressed by the management of this location. Its hard to find consistently good quality in this area, glad to have found this Papa Johns. Keep up the great work!!!
