I don't seem to understand WHY this particular employee seems to always have an issue with me when I go pick up orders for this location. I get along with all the other staff members. It is only this individual in particular that makes it impossible to pick up orders from this Papa John's location. Website said my order was ready. Drove there immediately. Walked in and discovered the pizza was a theoretical concept because it hadn’t even been started. Then I was told they “don’t do walk ins,” despite the fact that I had already ordered online. So apparently the pizza only begins existing once I’m physically present and acknowledged by staff. Wasted trip, wasted time, zero accountability. Will not return.
