Came here at 2:35 on 4/2/26 and the girl working there disappointed so much. I asked for a garlic sauce and paid for it. Then I asked for 1 chili pepper and she said 4 for $1.50. I didn't have enough and asked if I could buy just one and she refused. I understand this is a business, but where's the humanity in people?

Some of the people that work here are ruining the experience. Train your staff better. Came here a few days ago and the Hispanic lady was super cool and nice. Today, the younger girl and older gentleman, not so much.

Papa Johns Pizza is a straightforward chain that leans on consistency over character. The pizza is soft, a bit on the sweeter side, and predictable every time. The garlic sauce is the real draw. It’s more about convenience than quality, but it gets the job done when you want something familiar without much thought.

5 Stars! I had a really great experience at this Papa John's location. We recently ordered from here, and there was a slight mix-up with our order. Mistakes happen to the best of us, but it’s how a business handles those mistakes that truly matters—and this team completely knocked it out of the park. The manager, Yasser, is an absolutely awesome guy. He genuinely cares about his customers' experience and went out of his way to make things right. He happily remade our entire order for us a few days later, no questions asked.... read more
