I'm done with Papa John's. They gave my order away. I walk in and I said I'm here for a pickup. She never ask my name or nothing and said it's in the oven. So I'm waiting and a guy walk in and she was very helpful and I was like where was that energy with me but anyway she ask him the name on the order. I have been sitting there for 5 mins on the bench she gave him 5 boxes and I'm like the app said my order was ready. Placed an order for pickup. Entered the building not one hello, hi how ya doin.. nothing. Customers should be greeted when they enter an establishment. On a good note food was hot and ready.
Pretty disappointed. Ordered 3 mediums and they hardly put any meat or veggies on our pizza. Paying way too much money for just bread and sauce!
