Today I ordered a large pan crust, My experience was frustrating . My pizza was burnt on the outside, but completely raw on the inside, and the dough tasted uncooked. I couldn't eat and throw it away

I never know who is going to answer the phone to take my order. If it's someone at the location it's usually fine, but oh, my, word, when it's someone from India I can't stand it!!!!!! They ask for my name over and over and to repeat all my info, they are slow, and it's a horrible experience. It instantly makes me upset and reminds me why we choose other pizza places over Papa John's.

This Papa John’s location is usually super fast on deliveries and the orders are usually right on with the exception of the dip cups sometimes but the food is always great and very rarely burnt. The delivery people are always very nice and friendly and the app gives you great discounts and deals. They aren’t stingy with their toppings or cheese like some other locations iv ordered from so I am definitely grateful that they are the ones closest to my house because I feel sorry for some of my friends who aren’t as satisfied wi... read more
