we walked in to place our order T was amazing she said it would be 15 minutes I asked if it could be 20 minutes she was getting our order out of the oven when we walked back in perfect timing!! Our pizza’s and wings were picture perfect and delicious it was well worth the 40 minute round trip today! I can’t post pictures totally makes me sad
They were not able to deliver my order I placed five hours in advance. When I went there to pick it up 30 minutes later there were nobody at the counter. I loudly asked if anybody is there. No response. In a minute or two I yelled "is anybody here? Hello!" Only after that someone happened to show up. Threw my pizzas on the table and left. I'm not exaggerating, she threw three boxes on the table and one almost fell on the ground. No apology, nothing, not a word about not delivering my order. I placed a delivery order, went to check for it on the tracker, it said it was on its way. 5 minutes later, I checked again and it was cancelled. I called the restaurant, they said the driver called me twice, I answered and wouldnt say anything. Not true. Then they said I gave them the wrong address. I told her my address 3 times and told her it was correct. She said the driver said I gave them the wrong apartment number. I have ordered multiple times and have an account, my address is saved in it, never had an issue before.... read more
