Their is no wounder that his place has such a low rating. First order came outbound the oven at different times. That made one pizza around 10 minutes older then the other. Asked about the extra sauces that I paid for, and was told they were in the boxes. When I checked they were not. Asked the lady at the counter and she said she put them in there. I placed an order 6-20-26 I had to call and cancel it to rush my son to the emergency room and the lady on the phone was very rude, she asked the reason for cancellation and I told her why and she said well it was in the oven and hung up on me. How they speak to their customers is appalling.
This is the Papa John’s from Hell ! Worst customer service I have EVER experienced, the management is absoLUTELy atrocious, and my order was wrong.
WHAT IS THISS??????????? I took the piece of the burnt bread and everything just burnt even my cheese sticks all three boxes of pizza I should've looked before I left but this was my favorite spot to go to and I never had problems like this before should've never ordered it when I've seen the latest reviews would not be coming back here !!!!!!
