I placed an order ahead of time for a square-cut pizza so it would be ready when I arrived. When I got there, it was made incorrectly. Although I was offered a replacement, I was then told I’d have to wait another 15 minutes. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. After a long day of work, this caused unnecessary delay and frustration that could have been avoided by simply getting the order right the first time.
Nonsense of urgency for the door dash drivers. Won’t be accepting offers from here. Just needed a 2 liter. Took 10 min.
