Ordered through grub hub..41$ and 1 hour and still no pizza has come. THINK TWICE I will not order again
Delivery was fast but the food quality was terrible. Three of the 4 pizzas that I ordered had skimpy toppings and skimpy cheese. We usually love Papa John's but tonight, it was a waste of money. Only 1 pizza was made the way pizza is suppose to be. I hope it was just a new employee that obviously does not know how to make pizzas and not a new norm. They need someone in quality control!!
Placed a order online thur the papa John’s app at 7:00 pm for 2 pizzas to be delivered today at 9:00 pm I called the store in Yulee FL at 9:15pm and was told they didn’t have any delivery drivers and door dash drivers did not pick it up. I ordered two pizzas online and have proof from my online order that I ordered one cheese pizza and one half pepperoni left side. I received one cheese pizza and one pizza pepperoni, onions and pineapples. I called the store and Kiki was very rude to me telling I got what I ordered and refused to assist me.
