The “manager” Cassidy is rude and doesn’t have good customer service. Just wanted to state that on here because the way she talks to people is crazy. Got a hold of corporate though and getting my refund for the undone bread they gave me. Never will I eat here again. They don’t even use gloves 🤮

This location gave me absolutely amazing service the other day. I had meant to place an order for later in the day and accidentally set it for as soon as possible. When I realized when checking the email before heading over, I called to see if the pizza was still there and they offered to remake the pizza for me despite the mistake being on my end. Will definitely be using this location again!
I am absolutely disgusted. I was one of the last customers I am aware of that but how disrespectful to toy with my food and burn it just because I was the last one to order?!?! And we couldn’t even pay cash because you didn’t want to re open the register. I want my money back and you need to be fired. DISGUSTING DO NOT GO TO THIS PAPA JHONS EVER!!!!!
