I am absolutely disgusted. I was one of the last customers I am aware of that but how disrespectful to toy with my food and burn it just because I was the last one to order?!?! And we couldn’t even pay cash because you didn’t want to re open the register. I want my money back and you need to be fired. DISGUSTING DO NOT GO TO THIS PAPA JHONS EVER!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Papa John's. My order arrived in unacceptable condition the pizza was completely flipped upside down and the cheese was stuck all over the inside of the box It was messy and not edible especially since we were very hungry and expecting a proper meal I’m not sure whether the issue happened during preparation or delivery but it should never reach the customer in this condition On a positive note customer service handled the situation well and refunded the full order quickly I apprecia... read more
