Pizzas made accurately 90% of the time. I’ll take it!
I’m honestly shocked by how this was handled. I arrived/checked in for my order and was told it had already been picked up—because they gave it to someone else. When I tried to explain, the staff acted like I was making it up instead of taking ownership. The “solution” was telling me it would be about an hour to remake, and when I called back to sort it out, the manager hung up on me. No accountability, no apology, no customer service. Never ordering from this location again.
Pizza is always right and done quickly, they are always friendly when I go in!
The workers are always lovely and so helpful, especially when I goof up the order! I love ordering from them delivery and pickup because I always know I’ll get the best service!
