I ordered two pizzas. One cheesy bread. Upon delivery I was missing a pizza. Called the store was told it would be remade and delivered. An hour passed I call the store and am told it was sent out and delivered. Go outside the pizza is thrown bottom of my steps. 6 steps that leads to a huge porch and my pizza was thrown on the step. Call the store to report and get hung up on. Nvr will I order from you again. Poor management. Poor customer service. Poor resolution to issue.

I completed an online order and went to the store to pick it up today. While waiting, I noticed the manager preparing dough on the line, then stepping away to assist with a front counter order before returning to the food prep area without washing her hands. I asked the cashier to confirm, and he stated that she would be going back to making pizzas without washing her hands.
