UPDATE: No response from Papa John’s Pizza from any level of Management - and there certainly is not any Leadership present. There is a serious Leadership/Mgmt issue at this location. Lies about when Food is going out, and did so multiple times on one order. Then, when the order finally did go out, it took 22 minutes for the food to come less than 3.5 miles after 9:30 p.m. When speaking to the on duty Mgr., he tried to lie about the time line. Terrible experience, had to pick online order taken back didn't follow delivery instructions, then gave me a cold pizza, still trying to contact corporate about this
Russel was a huge help! He kindly offered to size up for a small mistake and was extremely friendly. Overall, a great experience.
Everytime I come, every employee is working hard. Everyone is super personable and the pizza is always great!
