I had a very disappointing experience.The service was extremely unprofessional. One of the staff members completely ignored me when I tried to speak and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Instead, they just sat in the kitchen area acting like I wasn’t there, which felt very disrespectful and uncomfortable. The guys working here are pretty cool guys, always nice and chill. I went in one evening for pick up and they even gave me a free slice of pizza! Made my night that’s for sure.

Papa John's used to be my favorite pizza place, but something has changed recently and that something is the dough slapping process. This store (and apparently most others, it seems) has new hardware that is used to press the dough flat before it's slapped out the rest of the way to be cooked.
