When I was getting pizza last night for my family there was this girl standing there near the front that I think goes by isbel playing with dough not doing anything and glancing over at me with a rude look. I also noticed she is very rude to her team members yelling at them and I think that is unacceptable as it’s already taking long to get my pizza! It took about 50 minutes before I could even leave the store. I will probably not be coming back. Do better.
Ordered at 5:30 for 6:30 pick up. Arrived at 6:30. Manager said he hadn’t even looked at our order yet and couldn’t begin to tell us an updated ready time. Said it would be a while though. Cancelled order. Won’t be back.
you guys should put two of the stickers on the door dash delivery boxes one on each side of the pizza and other boxes. the driver can still open our pizza box etc... from one side. please change this made me feel very uncomfortable when I received my food
Called in to report excessive speed of a driver in a gold Toyota rav 4. Trey answered the phone, assured me he was management staff, and proceed to dismiss me and the issue as fast as possible. Not what I expected to encounter, after simply requesting a conversation be had with the driver. Do better. Better staff, better driving, papa John's.
Beware! Read these reviews before ordering. They WILL be late on delivery, they WILL just leave it on your porch with no call/texr/ring/knock so that it’s ice cold once you call to try and figure out where it’s at and they tell you it was delivered, and they WON’T give a crap about it. I am awaiting a refund so we’ll see if they at least follow through on that aspect. Never again this Papa John’s..stick with Pizza Hut, Marcos, or Giovanni’s for delivery.
