The last time I ordered pizza from here, I had to call because my food still hadn’t arrived. The person who answered seemed surprised that I hadn’t received it yet and said DoorDash would deliver it. The driver took a picture of my food, texted me that they left it outside because they had to rush to another delivery, and left my order unattended. Walked in and it took someone a few minutes to even come up to me despite them being aware I was there. The website said my order was ready but they said it was still in the oven but it would be another 5 minutes. Another guy was also waiting and was standing around before I got there. They asked what his order was and they hadn't even made it. They said it would be done in 5 minutes. 10-15 minutes go by and neither of us have our order. This location is very bad service don’t make orders and pick up they take two hours wait for pick up pizza.very bad customer service I wish i could give 0 stars.
Horrible customer service. Order pizza’s in store walk to gas station to get drinks. Come back give 4 names to orders. Get 2 and 2 others sit there on the rack for 30 more minutes while their 3 workers just work the back. Took 51 total mins from order time to take out 1/10stars
