They never messaged me that my order was ready. I eventually called after an hour wait, there was no apology. I picked up my pizza lukewarm. Worse? my pizza had a strand of hair in one of the slices. Thank God I caught and not my son.
Seth, the manager, took care of a special request I had on a pizza and was very friendly. The staff was very professional. Great job guys and thank you!!
Papa John's in Grayson is as reliable as it gets. I go a couple of times a week for garlic knots, and I'm never disappointed.
I would have gave it five stars if it was still the Muffler Man.
