I’ve been coming to this papa johns for about a year now, i order the same pizza every friday and the worker there Panth has amazing customer service. After about 3 orders he already knows i order the same thing and he says the order before i even ask for it, Making the phone call very fast and pleasant. I’ve come inside around 1-2am a few times and there has been crazy people or groups of kids being loud and disrespectful and he always keeps it professional and polite. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I spent over 10 minutes on the phone with the employee arguing and being told things that simply weren’t true, instead of them focusing on resolving the issue. Rather than helping, he made assumptions and accused me of trying to get an extra pizza, even though I clearly explained that I was returning the incorrect pizza to exchange it for the one I had actually ordered.
