Didn’t give me my pizza
Atrocious customer service. Accidentally put an order in for carry out and called them immediately to cancel it, they didn’t want to and insisted on getting my address to deliver it, okay fine. But after an hour of waiting I call back and they said if I want it delivered it’ll be an extra 4.99 for the delivery fee??? Why not just let me cancel it in the first place instead of making me wait for something you couldn’t uphold?
rude managers rude staff takes almost an hour to pick up and order after confirmed time. mean to delivery workers making up policies can you have a meeting telling them to be nice and not waste time the manager is just upset with every customer who comes in it's weird
