Poor Service This franchise "Papa John's # 1193 3101 HARWOOD RD, BEDFORD,TX 76021" has really gone down hill. Used to get good food and fast service from them, but not now. Tonight I used the online order system as i always have. 50 min later I had not received a confirmation email, so i called them. REALLY????? The Pizza was ordered at 5:28 pm and didnt arrive at my house till 10 till 7 at nite wasnt hot wasnt fresh, they dorve it all over HEB trying to get it to me, tried delivering it to my old address, and still brought it to me like that...wouldnt order from them again

Well located store, easy parking, friendly staff and good pizza. I ordered thru phone, and pizza was ready when get there. Will be back again.
This was once a good pizza joint. Last pizza I got was undercooked, had almost no sauce, and the toppings were almost nonexistent. Add all of this to a ridiculous $2.75 delivery fee on top of the driver's tip? Not ordering from here again.
