Really disappointed to see every employee in the bexley location with either no mask, or their masks pulled down to their chins..
Got the shaq pizza tonight and it was spoiled and they said I was lying and fight with me over a refund after I drove the pizza back 10 mins after it was delivered. the manager was a real jerk and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Why would I pay $3.50 for delivery tip $4 waste $3 in gas just to lie about it being no good food is absolutely disgusting never again will I order from papa Johns pizza
They have messed my order up twice now and when I call they either don't answer or they hang up on me. Will never give them my business again!
worst papa John's ever! Jesse the manager is super rude. sent my order to the wrong address, driver showed up here with wrong food. he then just left, I had to call to figure out where my food was flat out told me the driver went to go pick my food up from the other place but they started to eat it already. first off why would you send the driver to go get my food from someone's house. then when I asked when it would be done he said 15 mins. my food was suppose to be here at 11. it's now 12. so I asked how was he going to fi... read more

Best customer service and pizza is so fresh and hot!!
I called around 7:16pm 12/9/16, I ordered the Pan Pizza with, Pepperoni, Mushroom and Bacon i was told it would be ready in 30mins, vs. the 80min delivery time. I went to pick up my pizza around 745pm, I was informed my pizza wasn't ready, and wouldn't be ready for another HOUR!! I CANCELLED my order, and decided to go to Subway next door instead.
Orders always wrong.....pizza not even cut....pretty sad when workers too lazy to cut a pizza n slices
