Ordered a pizza to be delivered around 3 pm . Used the track my pizza option all for that option to not work coincide with the actually place of business . 25 mins after my food was scheduled to arrive I call to see where it was . The lady on the phone said please hold and went away without even pausing to allow me to say okay . Tavie then comes back to the phone and blurts out her delivery time is an hour plus . pizza is burnt and sloppy.
They sent it burnt on the ends and dough was not done in the middle. Call to let them know and they said to bring the pizza back whole but 3 of us ate a piece not paying attention.
Yo the bitch that answered the phone was fucking rude. Then lied about delivery. This has just taught me that customer service is equally as important as shitty pizza.
Didn't get everything ordered and charged for. Called the store number was on hold over 20 minutes and gave up. No one answered the call. This seems to be an ongoing issue.
I have had the worst customer service experience with Papa Johns over the last TWO days that I have experienced in a few years. The "managers" have been unprofessional and quite frankly rude. I very rarely order out and the one time I do from here(in years) I am treated terribly. Your S. Hamilton Rd location in Columbus, OH and the managers Teana & Rich have been a terrible representation of your corporation. Not only did they fail to follow through on delivery one day but on two separate days.
Worst location ever. Has failed to deliver my call ahead orders several times, and they never notify you, they just don't show up.
