My family and I went to Papa John's Pizza on Van Giesen. And we had a very good experience. We placed a order waited for 10 minutes and everything was ready with smiles to go. It smelled so good and when it was time to eat. We loved it! Thank you for your great customer service. We will be back.
Does Papa johns give no carb customers a option of getting the meat, cheese and veggies in a dish? I have not found a pizza place that does this In richland.
We ordered a large pizza using a coupon which offered a large pizza for $11. We paid $13.03 and we picked up the pizza ourselves. We were told it was in the computer and couldn't be changed. So, our specially priced pizza still cost us $1.08 more than expected. If we continue to buy pizzas from them as frequent buyers, we get one for free after 10. Yeah right! At this rate, we pay for the 11th pizza. What a rip off! I'm done with Papa Johns Pizza.
We ordered extra garlic sauce for our take out pizza and bread sticks but came home from picking up our order without them. We decided to just cut our losses instead of driving back to pick them up. Imagine our surprise when a Papa John's employee showed up at our door delivering the garlic sauce! Especially because ours was a pick up order and not even a delivery order. Excellent customer service, Papa Johns! Thank you
Papa John's is our new favorite pizza place. We love that you can order online, any way you want. The time estimates are accurate and the pizza is always hot and tastes great.
