Second time trying to place an order here and nothing but ignorant, rude “people” working here. And this is off an “apology” promo code. Definitely sealed the deal for this company.
I placed an order on line for a pizza from this location at 6:48 pm and my expected delivery time was between 7:17-7:27. At 7:40 pm my order was still saying out for delivery. I called the store and they told me the driver was on the way and would call. 15 minutes later my order still has not arrived. I called again and this time I was told that my delivery time had been changed to 2 HOURS and it was updated on my order. How???? They have messed up my order for the last time. Should have known better than to give them a third chance. And when I called to complain the "manager" said he'd leave a note for the owner to call me. It's now been one week without a response. Won't ever buy here again.
Ordered over an hour ago. Was in "Boxing" stage for 30 minutes. Next time I will use a local pizza shop - Not good. Wont use again. Was told by the site 35 minutes

Ordered pizza two hours ago and still haven't had it delivered. Why would you tell someone 30 to 40 minutes if it was going to take over two hours!!!!! You guys have no customer service and should not be working in this business. I will never order from you again and will be telling everyone I come in contact with at my job in this area how rude and unprofessional you are.
Horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza that said delivery would be in 30 minutes. I'm still waiting two hours later. The manager's response was what do you want me to do. I want you to call customers if it's going to more than 2 hours for delivery. I'll never order from them again.
The pizza was horrible. Paid for two toppings and the pizza barely had any toppings on it. Plus the way they cut the pizza was like something I never seen.
