I ordered 2 large pizzas on your website...for Vaughn Road pickup..Montgomery, Al...at 6:15. I received an email saying it would be ready at 5:00-5:15. I called immediately to straighten it out. THE WORST FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUTOMERS! NO MANAGERS ARE EVER AVAILABLE AND SOMEHOW ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE JUST LEFT. THEY GIVE PARTIAL ORDERS AND HANG UP ON YOU REPEATEDLY. You guys lost a customer tonight!
Placed order at 9:08 it’s 11:54 still nothing . Worst customer service ever they tried to door dash me something and it was a tiny box or something cold I have back to door dasher who spoke no English . I spend over 32$ and got nothing technically they stole from me ?awful I called corporate and sent email.
They had told us our food was ready for pick up and had us waiting forever. told us it was ready. it wasn't ready, had us wait over an hour on bread sticks while our pizza got cold. ACTUALLY gave us the cold pizza when the HOT bread sticks came out. poor time management. didn't.even try to keep our food hot. poor service. poor time management. not sure if I even will come back. severely unhappy. I did get my money refunded, but still not happy with this experience. 👎
Ordered pizza today like many times before. Waited an hour and a half for delivery when it showed 35-40 mins. Had to call the store again to check on it. Pizza shows up, Luke warm, and when I called back again to tell the operator on shift, no concern was given. Told them I was disappointed and got ok.. Thanks for the helpful interaction. Not so much as an apology for the crappy service.
