Ordered my siblings and I two pizzas and some wings. I was hoping to have a pizza night with them. It was $40 dollars (including delivery). I ordered at ~10pm. It NEVER got delivered. I'm really hoping I can get a refund. I stayed up till they closed hoping they'd at least get there late, but the food never showed up. 🤦🏽♂️😒 I can't even describe how inconvenient this was for me!
Since new management took over, everything is flawless. Orders always on time, don’t have to check and open boxes as everything is always correct, and staff are friendly in getting orders out. If anyone had issues in the past with Carbondale Papa John’s, give them another try. They’re doing awesome.
