Gino himself was working at this location when I visited, which was a welcome surprise. He made me his favorite pizza which featured pinapple, spinach, and smoked gouda. It was ok, perhaps 6/11. They played ICP while I ate my pizza pies which perhaps isn't for everyone, but I enjoyed it. Just called to order a pizza and some wings and was told you don't deliver to my address.. You have delivered to my address a TON times and now all of a sudden, you don't deliver to me anymore?? When I inquired from the girl why you don't deliver to me anymore, all she said was, I can only tell you what the computer is telling me and it says we don't deliver there. TERRIBLE customer service. I just paid way too much money to order a box of soup because that is what their pizza looks like when they bring it to you.
Our salon orders from papa gino's constantly. Our business is right behind their building.. Today, we placed an order at 12:08pm. I received an email confirm for a 1pm delivery (usually someone walks it over and we still get charged the 2.50) With no delivery by 1:37pm we called and they stated "we do not have a delivery driver for today and we called a bunch of times and left 2 messages and have not received a call back" Well...
