They have no idea what they are doing... I called an order in to bring to my boyfriend in the hospital because he hasn’t eaten all day and it’s 8:45 at night. When I got there they had no record. The person who works the counter has no idea what the phone number is and when I was aggravated. I called to order takeout I was on hold for 15 mins and when I said something about it the person was so rude and unprofessional she hung up on me so I called back and asked for the manager and was told there was no manager at this time
