My co-workers and I (8 of us) - we waited almost an hour before we were told by Waitr that their fryer was out... I called them and a very rude lady said that they didn't have time to call us and inform us of anything, they're just too busy. So, I'm like - as a customer we should be valued ... in other words - they don't value customers - they don't even care enough that you messed up people lunches - well I tell you what. You have lost all of our business.
