I brought in a edger to Papa Bear small engine repair shop to get repaired. The next day i received call from the owners wife stating the edger was ready for pickup and the bill was $35 dollars. When i arrived at the shop the mechanic was running and working on it and adjusting the carburetor and to come back in about an hour. When i returned the bill was $158 and when i asked why as it had been quoted $35 from the owners wife, the mechanic explained that he changed out alot of parts that i did not request.
