This is the most inhumane and unprofessional medical office I have ever dealt with. This review is regarding Dr. Henryetta Rausenbald. I came to this office a year ago to obtain my USCIS immigration medical form for $250 for one family member. Three months later USCIS lost the sealed envelope, so I requested a duplicate. Instead of simply providing a copy, I was forced to redo my bloodwork and pay another $250 for me and my child as well, $500 for total. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning.
