Our company had an all electric forklift delivered weeks ago and we haven't been able to operate it with NO formal task training provided by Hyster Pape'. I contacted them early in week and still have gotten no response. Communication is the key to any relationship. Business or other, this is priority and needs to be addressed. Thankyou.
