Update: 12/23/2024 We were able to work this out. I recieved some help from Pape and my tractor is fixed. Very frustrating! I called Pape to check out my Tractor to be repaired. . The service manager requested my vin number. I had him repeat it back to me. Marco informed me the tractor was covered under warranty. This is a safety issue , Parking Pawl internal failure. With zero apologies, the next call was you’re not covered period. I requested an estimate on the repair yesterday but as of this minute not one phone call. I’m... read more
