Words cannot describe how great this dealer is. I call Bill in parts and his unique voice always makes my day. A few years ago I needed to take my 1 KW into a dealer for AC repair. I own 4 semis but only 1 back then was a Paccar truck. It didn’t matter to them, Marleen treated me as if my 1 truck was all that mattered. They genuinely care about the owner operator. First time taking the truck to the shop and they have my business for life. It’s a 2 hour drive for me but it was worth it. Had it diagnosed the day I dropped it off and done the next which is huge not having much down time. Marlene was super pleasant to work with and Eric was awesome as well. They’re the only ones to touch from truck besides me from now on!
