This is by far the best Kenworth dealer I have ever visited — Kenworth Aberdeen as Kenworth Pittsburgh ☺️ For the past three weeks, I was dealing with a serious SRC (DEF) issue. I first went to Kenworth Salt Lake City, then my hometown Kenworth Coopersburg, and unfortunately neither could identify the problem. Words cannot describe how great this dealer is. I call Bill in parts and his unique voice always makes my day. A few years ago I needed to take my 1 KW into a dealer for AC repair. First time taking the truck to the shop and they have my business for life. It’s a 2 hour drive for me but it was worth it. Had it diagnosed the day I dropped it off and done the next which is huge not having much down time. Marlene was super pleasant to work with and Eric was awesome as well. They’re the only ones to touch from truck besides me from now on!
