I stopped by this morning with a DEF fault and a derate message. Joe in the service department got me checked in right away, and before I knew it, my truck was already in the bay being diagnosed. Joe clearly explained the issue and gave me an honest estimate of how long the repair might take. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and treated me with the same respect and urgency you’d expect for a large fleet, despite me being a one-truck operation. I feel bad that I forgot the service writers name. But these guys are amazing. I had an air leak. Ice built up on the line coming from my air dryer. The said service writer knew what the problem was just from what I told him over the phone. I arrived an hour and a half before closing. They got my truck in , repairs were done and I was ready to go 15 minutes before closing. I was in a bind , they worked me in , repaired my truck fast and a more than fair price. Thank you guys !!! I stopped in this morning was fully expecting to be down for a couple of days. They diagnosed my truck within a hour and I was back on the road before lunch. Joe in service was excellent and I’ll definitely be back in the future for parts and service.
My alternator went out. I made to PAPÈ. They had my part and I was back on the road in less than an hour.
