I stopped by this morning with a DEF fault and a derate message. Joe in the service department got me checked in right away, and before I knew it, my truck was already in the bay being diagnosed. Joe clearly explained the issue and gave me an honest estimate of how long the repair might take. I feel bad that I forgot the service writers name. But these guys are amazing. I had an air leak. Ice built up on the line coming from my air dryer. The said service writer knew what the problem was just from what I told him over the phone. I arrived an hour and a half before closing. They got my truck in , repairs were done and I was ready to go 15 minutes before closing. I was in a bind , they worked me in , repaired my truck fast and a more than fair price. Thank you guys !!!
