Repair and maintenance techs are great. If it was only them we dealt with, this place would get 5 stars. April, at the desk is awful. She is rude and will tell you she doesn't have time to "deal with you". I was appalled by her lack of customer service when overhearing the way she spoke to my husband. Unfortunately, this wasn't a one time attitude, or it would be more understandable... hopefully they can hire her assistance or put her through some additional training.
Was here to buy a part they didn't have it,better Call before You go for nothing.

I been at 3 different shops since I got load from Ohio because of power loss, couldn’t fix . This dealership did great job, didn’t wait too much as others. Satisfied
