Currently parked in front of the gate in the middle of the night due to my fan hub breaking a few miles back. Im really sorry for parking here, I didn't realize there was a gate. I left plenty of room to get around me. Hopefully I can get fixed up in the morning.
Repair and maintenance techs are great. If it was only them we dealt with, this place would get 5 stars. April, at the desk is awful. She is rude and will tell you she doesn't have time to "deal with you". I was appalled by her lack of customer service when overhearing the way she spoke to my husband. Unfortunately, this wasn't a one time attitude, or it would be more understandable... hopefully they can hire her assistance or put her through some additional training.
Was here to buy a part they didn't have it,better Call before You go for nothing.
April at the front Desk helped me out and I was in and out within a few hours.
