I went to Papé Kenworth to buy a driver side window switch for my truck. About 5–6 days ago, I called and was quoted around $520 for the part. Today when I went to purchase it, I was suddenly quoted around $590, which honestly didn’t make sense to me. I explained that when I called earlier, I was given a lower price, and after discussing it, they finally sold it to me for the original quoted price. Bad customer service, called regarding a price on a truck at this location put me on hold instantly &”waited 15 min just to transfer my call to another department and no response. Called again and sent me straight to voicemail after being put on hold. Please do not put “call for price” on your website if there isn’t anyone to respond. No longer interested in the truck and will take my business elsewhere.
