We had two malfunctions. Eddie was fantastic and diagnosing them. His manner and his expertise are greatly appreciated and he was a pleasure to work with.

Excellent work cleaning out first-floor HVAC unit, verifying 2nd -flloor unit functionality, and showing us how to distribute the AC airflow to cool our bed more effectively. Great work.
I just had the BEST experience with Paone Mechanical! I'll try to keep this brief but long story short, my AC went out on the hottest week Boston has seen in years! I called one of the well known North Shore companies and 4 days later, they arrived, told me my furnace was shot and hit me with a $12K estimate. BTW...they're team was rude and insulting.
