They did a great job
Great job fixing my LG mini split! Good communication, friendly staff. Tyler the tech is an expert, and he's also humble about it. They quoted me 25% of the price that a local competitor (also an established company, with good reviews, who has done good work forme) bid, and I went into this project with an "I'll believe it when I see it" attitude. Well, I saw it, and now I believe it. Totally impressed, and I am looking at moving all my HVAC needs to them.
Unprofessional, unresponsive, lack of knowledge about product sizing or warranty. It's been 5 months and they still haven't registered our product for a warranty. Mitsubishi requires warranties to be completed by 90 days. In addition, communication with the office has been slow and lacking in professionalism. I'm amazed that the office staff can screw up something so easy.
My furnace had stopped blowing hot air twice in two weeks on sub freezing nights. So I voice texted “furnace repair near me”, and Paone Mechanical came up, with a five star rating. I called them and they answered immediately. What a friendly and attentive scheduler on the line. she offered me prompt service times, and the first was convenient for my workday!
