The Best – I have only been once but it was the best italian food I have ever eaten,and I can't wait to go again. The pasta was aldente,Perfect.For that matter so was all our food. The waiters were very attentive and friendly.I recommend it to anyone who enjoys amazing food.

Paolo's Is Perfection Personified – What a beautiful restaurant. Impeccable service. Incredible food. We have been to almost all of the finest restaurants in the Valley, and our vote goes to Paolo's for the finest Italian food around -- everything was absolutely gorgeous.

best Bolognese sauce outside Italy! – As an Italian living in the South Bay, I have had a difficult time finding food which tastes like home. While Paolo's does take liberties with some traditional Italian dishes, they do it with style and tasty results. Paolo's Bolognese sauce is the real thing--so much like home it makes my eyes tear with joy!!
