The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Dr. Paolini is knowlegable and personable. He will sometimes have a medical student observer but asks for permission first. There is ample on-site parking. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
