I called Paoli Rug Company after my cats started using one of our oriental rugs as a litter box when they were left with pet sitters. They picked up the carpet and explained their odor and stain removal procedure. The carpet was returned today with absolutely no odor. (Believe me, I thought it was impossible!) They arrive ontime, move your furniture and layout your carpet. We bought new padding as well which is so much better than the supposedly superior one we originally had.
