My daughter’s new therapist has made a drastic and phenomenal impact with not only my child, but me. She is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I love the maternal side of how she approaches all our concerns. Her support had been transformative with how to engage and encourage my daughters high energy and anxiety. It’s been 5 months, and I’m thoroughly grateful.

Called to set up an appointment to seek some counseling for our daughter because of anxiety that she's been having lately. We were informed they are only taking those with UPMC4U and medicare because the capacity that they can take with private insurance is full.

I've been receiving counseling here begining last year. Things were going well until I started seeking medication management from this office. There is a lot of miscommunication/disregard between counselors, office staff, and the psychiatrist here. I subsequently ended my services for this reason. I feel like this doctor is simply riding out until retirement and has already checked out. My counselor meant well. He was accommodating and honestly deserves better than this place.
